This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees, provides steady overtime, and offers clear advancement opportunities.Whether you have construction experience or are looking to grow your skills in a specialized trade, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Scaffold Helper, you'll work alongside experienced scaffold professionals to safely build, dismantle, and move scaffolding equipment at commercial and industrial job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload scaffolding materials and equipment from trucksTransport materials throughout job sites and designated work areasAssist with scaffold erection and dismantling activitiesClimb ladders and work safely at elevated heights using Cal/OSHA-approved fall protectionPass equipment vertically and support scaffold crews during installationMaintain strong communication with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operationsFollow all company and job site safety proceduresThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
