Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, sex, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity, or other status protected by law.Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:Preferred Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with experience supporting sales teams, commissioning engineers, project managers, and customers throughout project execution.Design and develop integrated microgrid solutions utilizing battery energy storage systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV) systems, fuel cells, generator sets, switchgear lineups, and microgrid controllers.Utilize AutoCAD to create electrical single-line diagrams and technical documentation for fully integrated microgrid systems.Apply knowledge of electrical system architecture, inverter/converter technologies, controls, networking, and data acquisition systems to support solution development.Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to interpret technical requirements and develop innovative, scalable energy solutions.Guide suppliers and project teams through system packaging, integration, and implementation activities while maintaining project quality, schedule, and cost objectives.Drive safety, reliability, and performance improvements by identifying opportunities to optimize existing products and engineering processes.Leverage structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement principles; Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.Experience with third-party controller and power management software platforms such as Deif or ComAp preferred.Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver results in complex technical environments.Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
