Salary: $45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• 1–2 or more years of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
• Experience using ticketing systems
• Clear, patient communication with users of all technical skill levels
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the warehouse and production floor as needed
• Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Preferred: Experience supporting ERP systems or working in warehouse, manufacturing, or print production environments
• Preferred: Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting, and with printers and print management in a production setting

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in person, by phone, and through tickets
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals
• Manage user accounts, passwords, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Onboard and offboard employees, including setting up and imaging hardware and provisioning accounts
• Support users of ERP and other business applications
• Maintain warehouse technology, including barcode scanners, label printers, and handheld devices
• Diagnose basic network issues involving Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, DHCP, and DNS
• Track IT assets, software licenses, and inventory
• Document solutions, procedures, and FAQs in a knowledge base
• Assist with IT projects such as system rollouts, upgrades, and the planned warehouse management system
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors and follow them through to resolution

We are MGA, a printing, kitting, and fulfillment company serving clients nationwide from our facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Our production floor, warehouse, and office teams rely on dependable technology. In this hands-on Help Desk / IT Support Specialist role, you will be the first point of contact for technology issues across those teams, with a varied workload suited to someone who works independently, solves problems, and communicates well with non-technical colleagues. We offer health insurance and a 401(k). The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with occasional after-hours support for maintenance or urgent issues. The annual pay range is $45,000–$55,000, and the work is in person.
