Role Summary

The Archivist will engage in executing all archiving procedures to support GLP and non-GLP Studies.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain the archives database to include but not limited to placing materials in archive and retrieving materials from archive as needed
• Monitor the protocol specified archive storage requirements and contact the sponsor when these requirements have been met to determine final disposition of the study material
• Manage offsite archives
• Contact and coordinate with Sponsors for return of study materials
• Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Pristima and/or other LIMS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Time Management (Organized)
• Communication
• Self-Motivation

Special Requirements

• Individuals will be working in office setting, ability to spend much of the day sitting.
